White Goat Creamery was founded by Michal Sheinin from a deeply personal idea: ice cream should be delicious and indulgent without relying on unnecessary ingredients.

Michal's journey began by creating ice cream for her husband, who loved ice cream but lived with Type 1 diabetes. That experience inspired Michal to rethink the traditional ice cream recipe and experiment with carefully selected ingredients, natural sweeteners, and real, natural flavors.

Michal also brings years of experience in the restaurant, hospitality, and wine industries, where she developed a deep appreciation for quality ingredients, thoughtful presentation, distinctive flavors, and the importance of creating a memorable experience for every guest. That background continues to influence both the products and philosophy behind White Goat Creamery.

What started in her own kitchen grew into White Goat Creamery — a small-batch artisan brand built around quality, creativity, and a simple philosophy: use better ingredients without sacrificing the pleasure of great ice cream.

Today, Michal continues to personally develop White Goat Creamery's recipes and distinctive flavors, bringing together her hospitality background, passion for food, and thoughtful modern approach to artisan ice cream.
